What this policy covers

Seal Beach Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Seal Beach, CA. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, fill out our form, call us or have us out for an estimate, and what we do with it.

It applies to every page of our site, from the home page to our service and city pages. Last updated October 2026.

Information you give us

When you use the form on our contact page, we ask for your name, phone number, email, the city or address of your house and a short description of the project. We need that to call you back and to know where we're going if you book an estimate.

The form runs on an outside form service, Tally, which receives your answers and passes them to us. Tally handles that information under its own privacy policy.

If you call (562) 200-7987 or email us, we keep your number, your message and any notes from the conversation. At an estimate we may also write down measurements and take photos of the patio, deck or wall where the room would go, because we need them to price the job and plan the build.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser and device type, the pages you open, how you found the site and a rough location based on your internet connection. We look at it in total so we can see which pages help people, not to track you as a person.

Some of this comes through cookies, which are small files your browser saves. Some cookies keep the site and the form working, and others count visits for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still load if you do.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to answer your questions, schedule and prepare your estimate, build your sunroom or patio project, send invoices and handle any follow-up questions after the job.

We use site data to fix problems and improve the pages. We may also keep records when the law requires it.

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with businesses that help us run the website and the company, such as our form service, website host, analytics provider and phone and email providers. They get only what they need to do that job.

If your project needs a supplier or another trade, we pass along only the details they need for your job, like the address and the measurements. We'll also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you ask about a project and it doesn't move ahead, we keep your contact details only as long as they're useful for following up, and then we delete them.

If we do work for you, we keep the job records longer, because contracts, payment and tax records and questions about the work can come up years after the room is built.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

California law gives residents the right to know what personal information a business collects, to have it corrected or deleted and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell your information, and we won't treat you any differently for asking about your rights.

Before we hand over or delete records, we may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you, so nobody else can get at your information.

Children's information

Our site is for homeowners planning work on their houses, and it isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, like limiting who on our team can see it and using services that protect what's sent through them. No website or system is perfect, though, so we can't promise that information sent online will never be exposed.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we'll make it easy to see on the site.

How to ask a question or raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about your information, or want to use any of the rights above, reach us through our contact page or call (562) 200-7987. We answer seven days a week, 7 AM to 11 PM, and you can expect a reply within 1 business day.
